What does 'refurbished' actually mean here?

Every laptop is professionally restored: worn parts replaced with genuine components, deep-cleaned, OS wiped and reinstalled, then put through a 50-point inspection before it's graded and listed.

What do the A, B and C grades mean?

Grade A is near-mint with barely a mark. Grade B has light, honest wear. Grade C shows visible wear but is fully functional. Every grade carries the same 12-month warranty.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — every device includes a 12-month hardware warranty. Extended cover is available, and you also get 7-day no-questions returns.

Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?

Yes. We offer free delivery across 50+ cities in India. Local orders in Hyderabad can also be collected from our Jeedimetla workshop.

Can I get more RAM or storage before it ships?

Yes. On most models we can add RAM or a larger SSD before delivery — just ask us for a quote and we'll configure it for you.
