Standard delivery is free and typically arrives within 2–4 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for a small fee.

If you're in Hyderabad, you can also choose free store pickup and collect your device from our Jeedimetla workshop.

We deliver across 50+ cities in India. Delivery timelines begin once your order is confirmed and the device has passed its final bench check.

Timelines are estimates and may vary with location, courier schedules, and public holidays. We'll always keep you updated if anything changes.

Every laptop is bench-tested, cleaned, and packed before dispatch, so orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Larger or bulk business orders may take slightly longer, and we'll confirm the timeline with you directly.

Once dispatched, we share tracking details so you can follow your order to your door. Any delivery charges are shown transparently at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden fees.
