Every laptop sold by Refix Systems includes a 12-month warranty covering hardware faults under normal use, from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers the motherboard, display, keyboard, battery, storage, and other internal components against manufacturing or refurbishment defects.

If a laptop isn't right for you, return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. The device must be in the condition it was received, with all included accessories.

Accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs, and normal cosmetic wear consistent with the stated condition grade are not covered under the standard warranty.

Extended and accidental-damage cover can be added at checkout for additional peace of mind.
